Fatigue Ninja Friday (#15) EIE and 6 Channels
Available until
The forces and moments acting on a rubber part may occur in all 3 coordinate directions, so that there are in general 6 channels of input (3 forces and 3 moments) to consider in a fatigue analysis. This presentation shows how a recording (obtained from track testing or from multi-body dynamics simulation) of these load inputs is rapidly analyzed to obtain strain history and fatigue life. Additionally, computational performance of the workflow is documented including disk space, compute time and solution accuracy. The workflow enables a direct analysis of recorded road load data that executes quickly and gives accurate results.

Fatigue Ninja Friday (#17) Python Scripting with Endurica
Available until
Take advantage of customized and automated workflows with scripting in Endurica. This webinar introduces the basics of accessing and managing Katana analysis files via python. No prior python experience is assumed. Practical examples of automation include running a DOE (design of experiments) to find best option material properties and for post-processing and visualization of analysis results. A further example shows an engine mount application involving the analysis of 144 different road load signals. Our new Katana release is optimized for use with the python scripting language – this course will show you how much easier scripting can make your life!

Fatigue Ninja Friday (#18) Sequence Effects in Rubber Fatigue
Available until
Sometimes the order of events matters, and sometimes it doesn’t. The Katana architecture of the Endurica DT solver gives you the tools you need to deal with sequence effects. It is all about blocks and steps.
